Sinchana Home Stay is on the first floor of the bunglow where the hosts Mr & Mrs. Muthanna stay in the ground floor.  The home stay consists of two double bedded rooms with attached washrooms having 24 hours hot and cold water facility, a spacious and well furnished living room with 24hr cable network Television set, a comfy dining area with a great view of corog valleys,  a pent house with 360° view of Madikeri town and a vast verandah facing the peaceful Madikeri Town.  Each bed room can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family group of 12 members.

Mrs. Muthanna is a home-maker who has great passion making the homestay, she leisurely spends time tending the place. One should lookout for her small but very elegant flower garden too.
Sinchana Home Stay is ideal for families who want to visit Coorg's local tourist spots as well as experience a "home-stay" living with a kodava family.
