'Sinchana Home Stay' is located in the midst of peaceful residential area and is very close to Madikeri town. It is situated behind Mythri Wedding Hall near to Field Marshal Cariappa College  at Subramanyanagar, Madikeri.

'Sinchana Home Stay' is on the first floor of the bunglow where the hosts Mr & Mrs. Muthanna stay in the ground floor.  The home stay consists of two bed rooms, a well furnished living room with 24hr cable network Television set, a pent house, vast verandah,a cozy dining area and adequate space for vehicle parking.  The homestay can comfortably accommodate two couples or a family group of 12 members.
